You have the right to cancel an order within 7 days of placing the order. Any payment made will, of course, be refunded to you within 7 days of cancellation via your original method of payment.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged when you receive them. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Any items for replacement or refund must be received by us within 30 days of purchase.
To return your product. Firstly please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us that you intend to return an item and why. Then you should mail your product to: Fambridge Yacht Haven. Church Road, North Fambridge, Chelmsford, ESSEX. CM3 6LU. United Kingdom.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once an item has been received we will notify you via email if a refund is applicable – or alternatively when you may expect the replacement item.
If a refund is to be given we will process this and credit your account (via the original method of payment) within 7 working days.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
