Product Description: Jotamastic 80 is a 2 pack epoxy mastic paint, which can be applied at low film thicknesses.

Jotamastic 80 is recommended as an anti-corrosive coating for steel above and below water. The aluminium or aluminium red-toned colour should be used below the waterline.

Jotamastic 80 is very surface tolerant, so it can be used with good results in areas where high standards of preparation are not possible.

For best results apply 2 coats above the waterline and 3 coats below the waterline at a typical spreading rate of 7 sq.metres per litre.

Use Jotamastic 80 Standard when painting at temperatures above 10C. Use Jotamastic 80 Wintergrade when painting at temperatures below 10C.

For a 2 pack topcoat above the waterline use either Penguard Topcoat, Hardtop or Jotaproof Topcoat. For a single pack topcoat, use either Pioner Topcoat or Conseal TU.

Quick Overview: Jotamastic Smart Pack is a two-pack surface tolerant high solids epoxy primer coat for use on steel. It has a mix ratio of 1:1.

Product Description: Jotamastic Smartpack has been specially formulated for application by brush or roller. The first coat should be brushed.

It is used as an anticorrosive touch-up coating for steel structures where small repairs are required and spray application is not practical.

Jotamastic Smartpack has a 1:1 mix ratio which makes it easy to mix small quantities thereby minimising waste.

Jotamastic Smartpack is a surface tolerant coating that can be applied on surfaces with lower quality surface preparation. It can be used alone or in combination with single or 2 pack topcoats. It must be applied and allowed to cure at temperatures over 5C.

Quick Overview: Penguard HB is a high build, two-pack pure epoxy primer, suitable for direct application to steel, aluminium, bronze grp or concrete

Product Description: Penguard HB is a high build, two-pack pure epoxy primer. It has excellent adhesion to grp and should be used when painting over the gelcoat for the first time. It is extremely water resistant and will help prevent osmosis.

Penguard HB also has excellent adhesion to aluminium, bronze and galvanised steel. It also adheres well to concrete and makes an excellent swimming pool paint when correctly applied directly on a rendered surface.

Penguard HB can also be used in tanks for potable water providing the correct guidelines are followed.

Please note that Penguard HB can only be applied on to unpainted surfaces or over an existing two pack type paint. It cannot be applied over single pack type paints.

Winter Note: Use Penguard Low Temperature Additive to enable curing at temperatures below 10C.
